I've always loved food. I would try just about anything growing up and still do. My adventurous eating started when my brother would watch Julia Child and cook dinners he learned from her. Sometimes we weren't sure what we were eating. ha Once I was on my own, I tended to eat more frozen meals if I wasn't eating out because I thought it was too much trouble to cook for one. Now I realize that it's just as easy, but it does take a little planning if you don't want to waste a lot of food.
I hope I can be an inspiration to others who think it's not worth cooking if it's not for a large crowd.
